Media Planning
& Activation

We make campaigns work harder by applying media thinking from the start, turning ideas into content, formats and activations designed to work on every channel.

Media planning that starts early

We build media planning into the campaign from the beginning. Audience behaviour, channel roles and platform dynamics help shape the idea early, so the creative is designed for where and how people will experience it.

Campaign activation

We transform strategy into a connected campaign activation plan across audiences, channels, formats and markets. Then we create and coordinate the content needed to bring that plan to life.

Creative activation for every channel

Every channel gives your campaign a different opportunity. We adapt the central idea to how people watch, scroll, discover and engage, so each execution feels native without losing the bigger campaign thinking.

Working as your media planning agency, or alongside one

We can lead media planning and activation or work alongside your existing media agency or internal team. Either way, we connect strategy, creative and production so the plan becomes the right mix of content, formats and variations.

The learning loop

Our work does not stop at launch. We examine how content and formats perform across channels and feed what we find back into the work — sharper creative decisions and more focused production while the campaign is still live.

Our work process

01

Plan around the idea

We consider audiences, channels and market requirements from the start of campaign development.

02

Build the activation plan

We define how the campaign comes to life across audiences, channels, formats and markets.

03

Create for the channel

We develop executions around each platform’s behaviour, formats and role in the campaign.

04

Coordinate the rollout

We connect content, production and activation so the campaign moves coherently into market.

05

Learn and refine

We use live performance and audience response to sharpen the work while the campaign is active.

Common questions

What is media planning?

Deciding which channels a campaign runs in, in what order and at what weight, based on where the audience is and what each channel is good for.

What is the difference between planning and buying?

Planning decides the approach. Buying executes it. We plan and activate; buying usually sits with your team or your media agency, and we work alongside them.

Do you work with our existing media agency?

Yes, and often. Where activation sits with an internal team or a media partner, we turn the plan into the right content, formats and variations for every placement.

Why does creative need to change between channels?

Because each channel has its own behaviours, formats, creative conventions and distribution logic. The campaign idea should stay connected, but the execution needs to work on the terms of the channel.

What happens after launch?

We keep going. Performance across executions, channels and markets feeds back into the creative while the campaign is live.
