Personal data is every kind of information which in some way can be assigned to you. As a customer we may collect name, ID-number, title, department, address, phone number, e-mail, photos, nationality, gender, IP-address, interests, education and occupation. As a supplier and business partner we may collect relevant contact and professional information.
Recruitment policy
Job applications and relevant appendices are read by the relevant manager to assess the content in relation to a defined job. Applications and CVs are shared internally with relevant persons in the recruitment process and are deleted when the process is complete. Unsolicited applications are saved for a maximum of six months unless special consent is obtained.
Safety
We have taken the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent your data from accidentally or illegally being deleted, released, lost, impaired, accessed by unauthorized persons, abused or otherwise processed against the legislation.
Purpose and data minimization
Personal data is collected to supply our services, administer relationships, process purchases and services, and identify users and provide requested website services. We only collect, process and store the personal data necessary to fulfill these purposes or meet a legal obligation.
Data is updated and storage period
Because our service depends on correct and up-to-date information, please tell us about relevant changes. Data is stored for the period allowed by legislation and deleted when it is no longer necessary. The period depends on the data’s character and the basis for storage.
Passing on data
We use third parties for storage and processing, including IT suppliers, systems and print companies. They process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only use processors in the EU or third countries that can protect data properly.
