What you’ll do

  • Create engaging packaging artwork and layouts that bring established creative concepts to life.
  • Translate products into compelling visual stories through thoughtful packaging design.
  • Maintain exceptional brand consistency across a broad product portfolio.
  • Present creative work and build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and review work from freelance designers, providing clear feedback and maintaining quality.
  • Ensure artwork is accurate, technically sound, and ready for production.
  • Collaborate closely with internal specialists to deliver work to the highest possible standard.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience as a Graphic Designer, Senior Graphic Designer, or similar role within a creative agency or in-house team.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional layout, typography, and visual execution.
  • Experience creating packaging artwork or working within brand-led design systems.
  • A strong understanding of storytelling through packaging design.
  • A curious mindset that challenges the brief and uncovers stronger creative opportunities.
  • Presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • An eye for detail and a passion for high-quality work.
  • Strong organisational skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.

Experience with Maya or other 3D software, print production, packaging processes, freelancer management, and advanced Photoshop compositing is also valuable.
