At Spring CC, we’re on the lookout for a hands-on Project Manager who is ready to be at the heart of creativity and keep packaging projects sharp, smooth and seriously well-run.

You’re the kind of person who gets a kick out of timelines, smart processes and keeping deadlines under control. You’ll be right in the middle of the action—juggling briefs, people, systems, budgets and moving parts—making sure the work is compliant, on brand and delivered on time.

What you’ll do

  • Plan and manage project timelines from start to final delivery, with clear milestones, dependencies, deadlines and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate resource planning across internal creative teams in Denmark and Vietnam, as well as freelancers.
  • Create alignment across stakeholders through clear communication and expectation management.
  • Lead and support process improvements that bring more structure, efficiency and quality to packaging project flows.
  • Spot risks, remove blockers, secure asset availability and keep projects moving across multiple workstreams.
  • Track project budgets, monitor costs and hours spent, support invoicing, and communicate updates clearly.
  • Use relevant project management and approval systems to support smooth execution.

What you’ll bring

  • 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or coordinator, ideally within packaging, retail, FMCG, branding or creative production.
  • A structured, proactive approach to keeping several projects, deadlines, stakeholders and priorities moving.
  • Strong stakeholder management and the ability to create alignment across teams and seniority levels.
  • Solid business understanding and the ability to balance client needs, scope, budgets, resources and creative ambitions.
  • Experience with packaging, artwork, print, proofing or physical product production is preferred.
  • Clear communication in Danish and English, a valid driver’s licence, and comfort with regular client travel when needed.
