The Role

As a Graphic Designer / Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for bringing packaging concepts to life for one of the world's leading consumer brands. While the creative direction is often already established, you'll own the visual execution – transforming concepts into compelling packaging artwork that tells a story while maintaining the highest standards of quality and brand consistency.

This role goes beyond graphic design. You'll become a trusted creative partner for the client, confidently presenting work, managing feedback, coordinating freelance designers when needed, and ensuring projects move smoothly from brief to delivery. You'll bring curiosity to every project, challenging briefs when appropriate to uncover stronger creative opportunities and elevate the work beyond expectations. You'll balance creative judgement with exceptional attention to detail, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging packaging artwork and layouts that bring established creative concepts to life.
• Translate products into compelling visual stories through thoughtful packaging design.
• Maintain exceptional brand consistency across a broad product portfolio.
• Present creative work and build trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
• Coordinate and review work from freelance designers, providing clear feedback and maintaining quality.
• Ensure artwork is accurate, technically sound and ready for production.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and creative output throughout the production process.
• Collaborate closely with internal specialists to deliver work to the highest possible standard.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Graphic Designer/Senior Graphic Designer or similar role within a creative agency or in-house creative team.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional layout, typography and visual execution.
• Experience creating packaging artwork or working within brand-led design systems.
• A strong understanding of storytelling through packaging design, with the ability to turn products into compelling visual stories.
• A curious mindset that challenges the brief, asking thoughtful questions to uncover stronger creative opportunities.
• Presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• An eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Proficiency in language skills, written and spoken.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Maya or other 3D software.
• Experience using AI creative tools.
• Knowledge of print production and packaging processes.
• Experience managing freelancers or reviewing creative work.
• Strong Photoshop skills, including compositing, creating visual effects, and combining multiple images.
• Illustration skills.
