At Spring CC, we’re on the lookout for a hands-on Project Manager who is ready to be at the heart of creativity and keep packaging projects sharp, smooth and seriously well-run. You’re the kind of person who gets a kick out of timelines, smart processes and keeping deadlines under control. You’ll be right in the middle of the action — juggling briefs, people, systems, budgets and moving parts — making sure the work is compliant, on brand and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage project timelines from start to final delivery, with clear milestones, dependencies, deadlines and follow-ups.
• Coordinate resource planning across internal creative teams in Denmark and Vietnam, as well as freelancers, to ensure the right capacity is available at the right time.
• Create alignment across stakeholders through clear communication, expectation management and a strong sense of what each project needs.
• Lead and support process improvements that bring more structure, efficiency and quality to our packaging project flows.
• Spot risks, remove blockers, secure asset availability and keep projects moving across multiple workstreams in a solution-oriented way.
• Keep track of project budgets, monitor costs and hours spent, support invoicing, and communicate budget and invoice updates clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Use relevant project management and approval systems to support smooth execution from start to finish.

Your Profile

• You have 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or coordinator, ideally within packaging, retail, FMCG, branding or creative production.
• You’re structured, proactive and confident keeping several projects, deadlines, stakeholders and priorities moving at once.
• You know how to navigate plans that change along the way — without losing momentum or the overview.
• You’re strong in stakeholder management and know how to create alignment across teams, opinions, priorities and seniority levels.
• You have solid business understanding and can balance client needs, project scope, budgets, resources and creative ambitions.
• You enjoy smart processes, digital tools, approval flows and creating clarity in complex project setups.
• You understand creative resources and preferably have experience with packaging, artwork, print, proofing or physical product production.
• You communicate clearly in Danish and English, hold a valid driver’s license, and are comfortable with regular travel to the client when projects require it.
• You bring energy, optimism and a solution-oriented mindset — even when things get busy.
